Added new rank images. Atrix is my dad emoticons. Also topshot is admin for the html coding. Also expect more to come

I fixed the problem, New Homepage Back up with new nav bar.

i kinda laughed that you needed top for html ^^ hyper text markup language is really easy even advanced usage of it
